On a recent trip to Dublin, I wandered into Avoca half expecting it to be crammed with aran jumpers, stout flavoured chocolates and sheep shaped tat....
Boy was I wrong!!!
The second I walked through the door I fell in love! It is a magical treasure trove, brimming with thoughtful little gifts and stocking fillers... and affordable prices! There is a crafty feel to everything in there and I could have spent the whole day browsing the store... I even had to go back to make sure I didn't miss anything!
I definitely recommend a visit before Christmas,
and they also have a website for those of you not in Ireland!
